Have been doing business with you for 5-6 years, but when you lose your ability to accept a large insurer and your employees rudely advise, twice, that we can get our prescriptions filled elsewhere, that's exactly what we'll do. Sure makes it hard to support local business. I hope you're able to fix your business issues and the attitude of your employees.
