I am a former customer of Idaho Springs whom Mt Olympus took over the account. I didn't receive notification of the changeover, and our account went into collections. I paid on it immediately and now after weeks of waiting for a call to resume services your customer services is telling me that because we were customers for less than a year, we can never have the service again.
