Great water and customer service . Our delivery guy is the best no problems what so ever .
Absolutely horrible service, after you wait on hold for over 45 minutes to even talk to someone.
I am a former customer of Idaho Springs whom Mt Olympus took over the account. I didn't receive notification of the changeover, and our account went into collections. I paid on it immediately and now after weeks of waiting for a call to resume services your customer services is telling me that because we were customers for less than a year, we can never have the service again. Had I had notification of the change over our account would have not gone into collections. I understand this may be a company policy but I feel a exc... read more
Didn't deliver as promised. We were needing water in differnet areas and wss promised the water would be moved to those areas. It was not. Also kept changing the amount due. 1 lady told me I owed 72.67 their automated system i owed 56.45 and the actually payment they took from my CC was 74.85. Very hard to work with. I will NEVER go back
Like most recent reviews.. service is absolutely terrible. Deliver instructions are never followed. Customer service is awful as well
