went looking for a flat back piercing after i lost mine. got one a lot cheaper than expected and while trying to put it in i ended up dropping it. he helped me look for about 5 mins before i offered to pay for it and he declined kindly. we ended up finding it and also helped me put it in after i was struggling. super kind helpful and understanding 10/10 recommend.
