I participated their 200 hour yoga teacher training program. It was my best experience of the year. I love all the stuff I learned there; It wasn't the only Asana(which people generally think as yoga) but it also includes Indian philosophy, Ayurvedic knowledge, Yoga Sutra, Sanskrit, Anatomy etc. So many things to learn, so much rich information.
