I contacted this dealership about a vehicle in their inventory and simply asked whether there were any dealer discounts, referral incentives, or promotions available. I had a terrible experience with Robert Iglesias. He was incredibly rude, almost forceful with the way he communicates, and completely refused to listen to what I was actually looking for. His aggressive approach entirely ruined my trust in this dealership.
