Always look forward to my dental checkups. Such a professional, caring, and positive atmosphere. Staff are there when you need them.
I went in for a mouth guard yesterday around noon and received a call around 4 pm to tell me it was ready. Fast courteous, great staff.
Mount Joy Dental is the gold, no platinum standard of dental experiences. From the moment you walk into their office you feel cared for, valued and prioritized. Recently I had a minor issue that they attended to quickly and with focus and great attention. The administration, dental hygienist team and dentists are all fantastic. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a dentist or a new dental office. You won’t be disappointed.
All the staff are amazing, helpful and understanding. The hygienist I see, Cheryl, is terrific. She is friendly, personable, efficient, professional and just a really terrific person. Dr. Chari is fabulous. He always takes the time to explain what he is doing and to ensure that you are comfortable with the procedure. He is upbeat and friendly and never in a rush. His skills and attention to detail are second to none and I am happy to be able to say he is my dentist.
