I rented one of their larger units for just over a year and had a very positive experience. Although staff are not on site, they are extremely responsive and quick to assist whenever needed. I would recommend choosing a climate-controlled unit if you plan to store items year-round, as it helps prevent moisture buildup and protects furnishings from mold, but overall, for the price and the peace of mind of knowing my belongings were secure and well cared for, I would highly recommend renting from them.

I worked with Becky for about 4 years. Every interaction was friendly and kind. She was understanding when credit cards expired and helped me get my auto payment set back up. No issues or problems with the rental unit. It was secure. Well lit. Lovely pavement in front of unit and was well maintained. Would recommend!

We had a great experience with this storage facility. The unit was clean and well maintained. It served our purposes well. We needed something on short notice to store our new house windows and, they came through for us. Highly recommend them!
