Kala was amazing!!!!! So helpful and kind! Hygienist was nice and knowledgeable. Dentist was kind and helpful!!!!
Very disappointed in the way this office handles their customer service. We’ve had multiple important appointments cancelled or moved around/back without being asked. When my brother who had just within a month or two had a crown done, had the crown shatter while just eating something soft the customer service was very lacking. The original apt that was on a Thursday was cancelled (by the practice). When I called to reschedule the apt, I was accused of lying and told they would never cancel an apt. Bianca is always very friendly and answers questions if you have any, really enjoy her expertise in cleaning my teeth, she makes even the squeamish person want there teeth cleaned! Enjoyed every minute of my appointment.
