I was disappointed that X-rays were required for an appointment specially for cleaning. A skilled dentist should be able to assess a patient’s needs through a thorough clinical examination, not rely solely on imaging. Unnecessary radiation exposure is a valid concern, and I expect better judgment from a dental practice. Shame on them!! I won’t be returning.
Dr. Bo is wonderful and very professional. She had smoothed over some issues I had with the front desk staff yesterday and I wasn’t going to write a review until I spoke with the front desk again today. The front desk staff need training. They are unorganized, unprofessional, and immature. I answered a call to confirm my appointment the day before. Had a whole conversation with the woman about my appointment and my son’s. Been going to Mount Hope Family Dentistry for years. Dr Gerald crane was fantastic I hated to see him retire. Today May 6th 2026 I went in to get my teeth cleaned. Doctor Bojana Bojovk is very rude. She came in after my cleaning to look at my teeth do the doctors examination. She asked who did the terrible repair on one of my teeth. I informed her it was done in her office 2 years ago.
