Called to get my Mini-Split looked at. Instead of the scheduler stating they don't work on them, she said she would get me called back. I had to call back the next day and the old man that answered said they do not work on that brand. That would have been nice to know 24 hours ago. He was rude, and said well too bad for that. It's the hottest day's of the year so far and all we need is honesty and a sense of helping. Rude employees and employees whom fail to follow through isn't what I was hoping for.

Fails to meet appointments. And when asked why the appointment was missed instead of admitting the mistake and trying to create a solution it was. I guess you should just find someone else.

I have been doing business with MH Heating & Air for 25+ years. I get my system tuned up twice a year on a very reasonably priced service plan. I credit the service package for keeping my units functional without the need for replacement. Service techs are professional and friendly. I've had to call them a few times for the occasional part failures and I get same day service. I never get the sales pitch for a new system like I have heard happens with the big companies who advertise on TV. Highly recommend this company.
