Mount Emblem is a beautiful and well maintained cemetery. The staff are compassionate, professional and detail oriented. Nancy worked with me to plan my sisters funeral via phone as I live 3 hours away. She made the process simple and stress free. The gravesite service was a peaceful way to say our farewells.
Well it’s been almost 1 year since my Mom’s passing. I was assured when we did all of the paperwork & bought another plaque that cost over $500 that we were all good and Nancy was going to take a picture of everything when it was done. Living out of state I can’t be there to watch to make sure things get done. Went there last Tuesday since we were in town & talked to Al & was told to deal directly with him & he will look into it.
