I cannot speak highly enough of Sharon the dental nurse. Sharon spoke calmly to my grand daughter who has autism and doesn't like noise. Sharon showed her on the dental model what it was going to be like when the teeth were being cleaned and also the suction hose. Sharon was simply amazing and so kind. We had also seen the dentist Mark the week before and he too was kind and amazing. Thank you both so much for your kindness and care xx
I was treated bad ,they didn't finish the job.i had to get more painfull work done because of the lazy no care attitude of the people there.There was more organisation in a dog fight then what they have got.I can't believe the government has not investigated the lazy basteds
Wait times are extremely poor
I have been in excruciating pain since Thursday, a week after my visit there. Was seen again and they suggested anaesthetic and more filling work which I refused due to my mouth being in so much pain and sensitive. Was ushered out with no pain relief. This has impacted my life, work, study and I haven’t slept!! Thankfully my daughter has some leftover panadeine fortes to get me through. Currently 4am and cannot sleep due to horrendous pain.
