IVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 2 hours Lierally!! Why can’t the govt employ more ppl to answer phones. I’m thinking I need to physically go in to make an appointment. I have been there with 2 kids and the dentists were fine

I cannot speak highly enough of Sharon the dental nurse. Sharon spoke calmly to my grand daughter who has autism and doesn't like noise. Sharon showed her on the dental model what it was going to be like when the teeth were being cleaned and also the suction hose. Sharon was simply amazing and so kind. We had also seen the dentist Mark the week before and he too was kind and amazing. Thank you both so much for your kindness and care xx
I was treated bad ,they didn't finish the job.i had to get more painfull work done because of the lazy no care attitude of the people there.There was more organisation in a dog fight then what they have got.I can't believe the government has not investigated the lazy basteds
