Mount Dora Smiles and Dr Van is the best. We feel like family when we get to the offices and they also try and make you feel as comfortable as possible.
He did a fantastic job filling in a gap I’ve had for 40 years. Wonderful work. Very happy.
I had the BEST experience here!!! I hadn't seen a dentist in 10 years. Finally had to do something with my teeth because one had gotten HORRIBLY infected, causing pain on the entire right side of my mouth. I tried a major chain (censoring name so I don't get sued). They wanted 2k to remove my tooth. Went to a different smaller dentist, and they referred me to an oral surgeon who wasn't going to be able to see me for weeks. I have been to several dentists in the area. Each one worse than the last. Trying to add a bunch of unnecessary procedures. I have finally found my dentist. Dr Van is great! He honestly cares for people. He took his time, explained everything he was doing every step of the way. He was gentle and thorough. Any work he felt I needed was explained and shown in photos. The doctor cleaned my teeth himself. Who does that! Dr Van. That’s who. I highly recommend.
I would like to preface this review with saying my pain tolerance is a zero and my dental anxiety “was” at an all time high. For years I’ve dread the thought of removing my wisdom teeth but that has finally changed. After research and a prayer I decided to give Dr. Van a try and I’m so grateful that I did.
