Deliberately misled and charged DOUBLE what the insurance company allowed. Continually assured me I was only paying the dedicated amount from Insurance co however once complete it turned out I had paid an additional $3,0000 over and above what the insurance dictated to them. Currently being investigated by multiple agencies for fraud.
Made a appt for a exam/cleaning. They offered a 59.00 special and I told them I wanted a cleaning. They did xrays, exam but refused to do a cleaning as they wanted about $2400 for a crown and a laser cleaning. The crown was about 1000 so the laser was about $1400...Place is a upselling rip off. I told them I just wanted a cleaning and they refused saying they wanted to do the laser cleaning....Always some new scam at Dentists.....
