I am appalled. Front desk woman was highly inappropriate and rude.my husband came in (alone) with a hand and wrist injury. Front desk woman gave my husband paperwork to fill out. After attempting to fill out the paperwork he told her that he tried but he was unable to due to his injuries. She laughed at him and tried to give him more paperwork telling him that if he doesn’t fill it out they can’t help him. I am in management at a different hospital. What she did is appalling.
