If it is possible to give zero stars I would. I brought my 92 year old mother here on 7/9 as a follow up to a 7/3 ER visit. After putting my mother through a lot of discomfort and spending $132.00 on an ambulance; they could not locate any record of my mother having been there.That was bad enough, but the midwife deputy that she would find the records and call me. This place is absolutely unacceptable. I called and told them I was in severe pain and having cramps, and they scheduled me almost a month later — like my health doesn’t matter. When I showed up to the appointment, they had changed the location without even bothering to notify me. I waited nearly TWO HOURS in pain, with zero communication, zero care, and zero professionalism. This isn’t the first time they’ve treated me like this. (7/17/25) Wife has the baby and calls because of headaches and nose bleeds 5 days after giving birth. They don’t have appts available so they tell us to go to the ER which costs us $350 just to be seen. While we are there the ER is in contact with our OB and they say to call the next day to schedule appt with the OB to be seen. We call and they refuse to fit her into the schedule. My wife is currently being see by them. She is supposed to be seen every week after 36 weeks and they have no appointments available. Have two babies and have received prenatal care all over the country. How is it possible we cannot get her in every week as they and every other place we have ever been has suggested? Ridiculous they don’t have appointments available, unacceptable!
