They did a bunch of test yet did nothing with the results. They acted like my mri was nothing when they were definitely wrong.
I returned a call twice and got hung up on twice! Horrible customer service skills!
The palliative care team was just excellent in caring for my father in his final hours. They were direct with me about his condition and prognosis, which helped me honor his wishes for comfort care. He passed peacefully and with dignity and the entire care team was very sweet, as was the chaplain in explaining the next steps. It made a very difficult situation much better
I paid to attend a newborn care class which was suppose to be in person and 3 hours prior to the class the end up switching it to a zoom class. Fadia Hicks was incredibly insensitive to the fact that we took off time off work and paid money to attend a class, if I wanted a zoom class I would have gone on YouTube and done this myself. There were no other alternatives other than to get a refund. She was not understanding what so ever and made me feel so sad and upset. I wish I can give them zero star i was there last week and the damn doctor said to me next time my blood pressure goes up not to come to the ER instead go to urgent care am like whattttttt I mean my blood pressure was over 200 and after the gave me pills the nurse told me to go out and wait at the lobby imagine I couldn't even stand straight and it was so bad I cried my eyes off and told myself never again would I step my feet in there
