I was told it would be about 10 days to get a call regarding an appointment, which is understandable…. It’s been over a month, no call and apparently the referral sent a month ago is “still processing”. When I call to schedule and choose the scheduling option, I am told they can’t schedule me and I just have to wait. That’s just to get on the schedule, no one will even tell me how far out they’re scheduling…
Very very much terrible phone call service, there are no options to talk or to make an appointment or to any other with anyone in the hospital. I am tired from everyone no one answers the call, I wish I had went to different hospital for the treatment.
I have been seeing Dr. Madan for nearly 10 years. I have never met a doctor who listens as well as she does and makes recommendations based on the individual patient. I feel extremely involved in my treatment plan. You are not "just another patient" in this office. The new office is beautiful and Kendra always takes great care of me! I highly recommend Dr. Madan and this office.
