The staff was very unfriendly and had a bad attitude. It felt like they didn’t want to speak or help patients. The doctor was rude and unprofessional — when I asked a question, he simply said he didn’t know. His body language also felt intimidating and dismissive. The only positive part of my experience was the person who performed my CT scan. They were kind, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about my needs. I truly appreciated their professionalism and compassion.
Another dumb gimmick by hospitals to steal more money from you. Went in for a simple finger infection and the freaking place charged $3000! Even tried disputing the claim that it was to high for that simple of a procedure, they would not back down. Do not go here. I do not recommend.
I came and seen Dr hartshorn and let me say he was so amazing I’m not even from up here and I needed to be seen for an injury. I live an hour away and my emergency room is nowhere near as polite nor fast as this place was. The doctor was so amazing. I literally had the best experience ever as soon as I walked in the door. The receptionist was so nice and welcoming. The guy and girl that took my vital/wrote down. My symptoms was amazing as well. Worse experience ever i had a very high fever 103.8 that made me have a seizure an i just kept being questioned about why i was there an if there was anything else i needed mid seizure to tell them then i had an iv hooked to my arm that wasn't attached to anything an there was a bunch of blood on my blanket which indeicated they hooked it up while i was having a seizure
