I came and seen Dr hartshorn and let me say he was so amazing I’m not even from up here and I needed to be seen for an injury. I live an hour away and my emergency room is nowhere near as polite nor fast as this place was. The doctor was so amazing. I literally had the best experience ever as soon as I walked in the door. The receptionist was so nice and welcoming. The guy and girl that took my vital/wrote down. My symptoms was amazing as well. Worse experience ever i had a very high fever 103.8 that made me have a seizure an i just kept being questioned about why i was there an if there was anything else i needed mid seizure to tell them then i had an iv hooked to my arm that wasn't attached to anything an there was a bunch of blood on my blanket which indeicated they hooked it up while i was having a seizure
A friend of mine had to wait 2 hours to not get checked up or given medicine after saying his head hurt and there was nurses laughing and talking and said he had to wait for a doctor while he was suffering with and headache
