No major issues with the therapist or staff (slight condescending conversation over the phone but I will not name them as people have bad days). Therapist were very helpful and patient. My only issue is the lack of transparency with billing from the front desk staff. I typically ask a lot of questions to ensure im not ripped off in life and in this case I was. I've had very good therapists but the receptionist(the Asian lady) is very snobbish and condescending in her approach; and always treats you like you're new and she doesn't know you. She responds to questions as if you're bothering her or as if you're stupid; always sounding impatient. They need to replace her because she clearly doesn't like her job. The older lady(the White lady) is very sweet and pleasant and remembers you every time. She talks to you kindly and patiently; with a warm smile.

Natasha is great, she is very compassionate, encouraging and thinks outside the box to help provide solutions to your care. I truly appreciate her energy and loving spirit. Thank you

Prepare to be ripped off. This place uses shady practices in which they don't disclose pricing to the patient until months after the treatment by sending them an outrageous bill. The charge for the services is $554/hr. This is to have a therapist show the patient an exercise and then have them perform it. Typically by the 2nd week the patient is performing the exercises on their own with the therapist instructing them which one to do next. So judge for yourself if that's worth almost $600 per session.
