Dr. Busser is fantastic, but waiting 4-6 months for an appointment is unacceptable patient care. I have waited years to leave this review hoping that in time they would find a way to fix this issue, but still, it's as bad as it's always been. Mount Carmel, you need to do better. Edit: I have left the practice, after years and years of waiting months for appointments, only to have them cancelled out from under me and rescheduled months out. I miss Dr. Busser, but don't miss what a fiasco this office was.
AVOID THIS PRACTICE AT ALL COSTS! Constant scheduling conflicts will cause the doctor to cancel your appointments last minute leaving you months without a medication adjustment. Apathetic office staff will laugh at your concerns on the phone then transfer you to the office manager who is extremely rude and dismissive. I can't believe I wasted five years being seen by these people. My best move was to move elsewhere. The waiting list for OSU is very long but worth it.
Psychiatry is not easy business to appease their clients, but I believe at least my doctor and the staff work hard to do so.
I have not yet witnessed any pros or cons, I'm looking into a place for my son.. I do want yto say I like that respond to posts and hope they really are trying to make it better. I will look around more before choosing a place. Mental illness needs the utmost positive care. The struggles are real for patient and family I wish the best to all. I am giving 2 stars because the feedback I am seeing is sad. And I had to in order to comment.
I barely even got a chance to even call and when I did, the lady on the other side was very very rude. No one with a psychological issues like myself would wanna go there if that's how they answer their phones.
