The staff was very friendly and quick!
It says they close at 5. I showed up before 5 to have blood drawn and the place was locked up and lights out. Very disappointed.
Sure. There have been a few times I've gone here to get blood work done, and I've wondered how the nurses got their jobs. But overall, the staff has been pleasant and the problems have been...while frequent...generally minor. Bruising is almost regular after a blood draw, but I've yet to die from it. I'll chalk these minor injuries to low staff and a lot of work in the industry. My advice to Trinity Health: train better, get more techs, pay better, and stop arm-wrestling with Cigna. UPDATE: They open at 8:30, not 7.
