I went in yesterday to get labs drawn and was turned away because the doctor didn’t specify what they wanted on my thyroid panel. Quest was able to do it for me no problem this morning because the thyroid panel is a standard panel and the intake person could have easily looked up what was needed if she didn’t know. She was not very friendly either. I won’t be back, I’ll go elsewhere from now on.
I would recommend I did a walk in on my day off all the ladies were very sweet they got me in and out
I've had blood drawn here several times. Always a good experience and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes.
Went in for my dad’s blood work. Was in an out within 5 mins. Serenity was very polite and made it easier for him with small conversations.
I've had bloodwork taken a couple times here, including today. They are kind, thorough, double check everything, and it was painless. My vein is difficult to hit and she had to switch arms, but I never even felt the needle. Made getting my blood drawn an actual pleasant experience.
