Went in for my dad’s blood work. Was in an out within 5 mins. Serenity was very polite and made it easier for him with small conversations.
I've had bloodwork taken a couple times here, including today. They are kind, thorough, double check everything, and it was painless. My vein is difficult to hit and she had to switch arms, but I never even felt the needle. Made getting my blood drawn an actual pleasant experience.
The staff was very friendly and quick!
It says they close at 5. I showed up before 5 to have blood drawn and the place was locked up and lights out. Very disappointed.
