I really wish I had read the reviews before going here. They're all so true and not nearly low enough. This place is outdated and out of touch. They want phone calls for everything, all of their staff is too old to text (with the rudeness to match) and oh you want to refill your prescription that helps your memory? This place is absolutely awful. Can’t reach anyone to make an appointment. I don’t know who my doctor is. I always see the NP. There is absolutely no continuity of care. I messaged the NP who I was scheduled with at my last appointment and it takes him forever to get back to me. Don’t ever schedule an appointment with this place.
The worst if you are sick and trying to see a doctor. My doctor recently left the practice. I have been seeing the NP. I have always had issues trying to get appointments, they are always booked out. I sent a message over the weekend letting them know I have been in a lot of pain and not feeling well. They called me on Monday and set up an appointment with the NP for Tuesday morning at 7:30. I’ve worked medical front desk and scheduling for over 5 years. This facility’s front desk and scheduling team are so rude. I called yesterday stating I had an issue causing me pain. The explained the doctor didn’t have anything open until over a week from then so they said they would patch a message through to see if they can get me in sooner.
