Love my PCP James Saldano and his PA Katie Arnold. Been a Patient since 2019, experienced the office transfer movement. It's all starting to get back to normal with merging 3 offices into one location in GAHANNA.
This group is too notch. Every provider is caring and patient. They are always on time, and in a brand new state of the art facility!
He is the most compassionate, caring and courageous doctor and person that I know. He has always been forthright and upfront when he has had concerns while still understanding that I am human and will still fail to meet his expectations at times. I have seen him since his office was on Livingston and dread the day he retires. I tend to think of him as never aging, ergo never retiring, although I know he is only human!
If I could rate a zero I would! I WAITED ALL DAY FOR A CALL BACK! I WAITED ON HOLD FOR HOURS WHILE I DID OTHER THINGS. THEN I DECIDED TO GET IN THE CALL BACK QUE. STILL NO CALL BACK AFTER ABOUT 5 HOURS! MY FAMILY NEEDS A PRIMARYCARE PHYSICIAN, I THOUGHT I'D TRY THIS GROUP CLOSE TO HOME. JUST THINK: YOU MIGHT BE DEAD BEFORE YOU GET A RESPONSE OR SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE OR A CALL BACK OR A QUE THAT WORKS! FROM OPTUM/ DR. SOLDANO's OFFICE. BOTH LISTED NUMBERS DO THE SAME THING.ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!
