I have had a very positive experience with this location. Everyone has been warm, friendly, and wonderful to work with from reception, to the lab tech, to the nurses and Dr. Lee. Their availability is excellent and location convenient.
This office is becoming a joke. I was notified on Sept 12th that effective September 12th my Dr. is no longer with the office. This is the 3rd Dr. that has left since opening.
I called this office to get my blood work results from August 2021 and I spoke with Jen and she told me they didn’t have it in their system and she didn’t know why but her tone was very rude. I asked her if there was anyway she could find out why and investigate a little and she “No I am telling you that it’s not in here and we switched our system sometime ago and I can’t get into”.That’s it?
