I saw Dr.Fleshamn and Dr.Van Frossen. I was very unsatisfied with both of my visits. I got charged so much money for visits that were less than 15 mins and charges for so much unnecessary testing. I had a call with a billing service representative named Leslie today 6/02 and I think the survey after the call did not go through so I wanted to say how thankful I am for the information she explained before my first visit and getting my information updated. If she sees this, thank you for being so kind!
I’ve had the hardest time dealing with Mount Carmel. There is a high overturn of providers. Times to call are limited so it’s hard to get an appointment scheduled because they stop taking calls at 4 before I am off work. They have an online scheduling platform that hardly allows appointments through. Today (Thursday), I wasn’t able to schedule my daughter online and when I called, they were closed for the holiday which is not til Monday. I’m also almost positive a nurse pre-pulled a vaccine for my daughter and wrote in the l... read more
