I called on Monday July 6 2026 in the morning. I spoke to Sarah, must have been the receptionist. I asked for an appointment with a primary doctor. She took my personal information. Told me she would get back to me after she consulted her supervisor. Never got back to me. I called back on Tuesday to follow and again told me she would get back to me. Never heard from them. Such poor training and lack of respect for seniors. They are a PACT OF unprofessional staff. No respect for following up with patients.

I want to thank Cindi for expediting Judy's referral to Rheumatologist Dr Valashinas. Dr Valashinas is very thorough with testing and her upbeat spirit with treating Judy. Also we are very pleased with Dr Monaco for his expertise in gathering information from patient and applying it to his diagnosis. He is always looking out for his patients.
Outstanding staff and facility. I want to thank Jessica, at the front desk, for having compassion that is rare today and helping me get an appointment with my former doctor from another practice, Dr Marando. After my previous long time doctor retired, I had lost trust in the medical practice. Between Jessica and Dr Marando, my faith has been restored.
