Quick, easy, friendly professional staff. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
I wish I could give 10 stars! The two younger ladies who helped me were seriously the best! They made sure I was comfortable since they could tell I was extremely anxious. Talked to me the whole time so I wasn’t even thinking about it! I didn’t catch there names but I’m so thankful for them! Thank you so much !
I've used this lab since my doctor lost her in-office one during covid - I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen here. Everyone has been friendly and efficient. Highly recommend! Also, if there is a new tech, they ask you first if it's okay if they draw your blood (hey, they gotta learn on real people!), which is nice if you know you have difficult/stubborn veins and would prefer a more 'seasoned' tech do the job. Results are uploaded shockingly fast to the patient portal - I see them before my doctor does!
Thank you to Lydia who did an excellent job! The gentleman who originally tried to get my blood had no success after attempting multiple times. Lydia was able to get it on the first try. Thank you Lydia!
