Since they have changed to Primary One, it's a hot mess, you call and get a freaking call center and they leave a message for a nurse, whenever she/he is available to even see the messages to give to the doctor. I have to literally drive to the office in order to get my message through about my medication. This is HORRIBLE and I hope they come up with a better and more efficient way for their patients.
