Horrible experience. Despite being hospitalized in order to receive IV fluids and antibiotics, my husband's IVs never ran well. Only after one IV site infiltrated and became red and warm and the other stopped running entirely, was the "IV Team" called to try to start a better one. Then, one of the nurses on the IV Team told me that they only work Monday through Friday from 8 to 4! And they call this a full service hospital? Hardly!
I I'm currently a patient here at Mount Carmel Grove City I'm hopefully going home tomorrow because the food has been so terribly bad that I've hardly eaten anything and the last 4 days today they brought me chicken parm it was 2 oz of chicken with pepper so thick it wasn't funny and then spaghetti sauce on top and then Parmesan cheese it was so small I just can't get over it. I wish they allowed you to place a photo on because you would not believe how small my dinner is and I can't eat it nobody can eat that much black pep... read more
Bad, Bad hospital. They place still has a bad reputation. Went to the grove city site for a DOT physical, sent there by my job or I would have never gone to this place. NP Angela Johns got irate with because I did not fill out the paperwork to her likely, so she bullied me. Did not ask me if I understand the questions nor if I needed help filing out the paperwork. She did not pass my physical. She suspended my CDL and lost my job and health insurance for my whole family. Filed a complaint got a certified letter from Baton ... read more
OK my mother is there now. I just went out the door to ask the nurse if she could help turn her on her side. We're still waiting while her and a male nurse just sits outside her room talking and it's not about work. What a joke of a hospital. Also tried to get her transferred to OSU and they would not do it. I would like to see No one go to this hospital. Let's put them out of business because that's all this is to them. They do not give good care to their patients
