How will you handle small things? Your membership dues are not small . . so how will you help your members feel valued? What things have you done to make them not feel valued.
Started out great, but filling up with grunters, weight droppers and equipment hogs lately.

Horrible customer service, workers don’t know how to do their jobs and the manager Andre is a jerk who’s sexist and belittles you as you try to cancel you membership. Worst gym ever!!! ���
