Facility - Great! Billing - Terrible. Our experience in the ER At Diley Ridge following my son’s auto accident was wonderful. However, they took over 3 months to send us a bill and working through the logistics of getting it paid has been horrible. I finally filed a complaint and was given a 25% reduction in my bill. They told me I would receive a new bill in the mail reflecting the deduction, but I received a bill with the same amount owed.
