My husband ( patient) and I were sent to this hospital from the Urgent Care with double/blurry vision/ headache/ pain and pressure in his eye,hospital was informed and we were assured that there's a ophthalmologist available or on call, that wasn't the case,6 hours of waiting patiently when this place looked deserted,but overstuffed with young nurses and other stuff that were talking and laughing,no water, gown to change into or pillow or blanket was offered, blood test was taken,they don't have MRI and CT scan was done that... read more
I am updating my review for a few reasons. Although I had issues with Doctor Grace and how he treated me. I’ve had amazing experiences with the other doctors like Dr O’Neal and the nurses. I went in today for an allergic reaction and he took care of it right away and was also the same doctor who fixed my problem (in that moment he fixed the issue temporarily while I waited for surgery) but it was the same problem that Dr Grace treated me so poorly about. The most welcoming and helpful staff I’ve ever met! I left feeling relieved and happy. This whole building should give themselves a pat on the back!
First, I want to say that Dr. Hartshorn (in the ER) is absolutely amazing, and was able to help me get immediate relief when other doctors turned me away. Thank you so much for helping me! Also, the hospital as a whole is very clean and everyone is kind and genuinely cares. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with their outpatient imaging, as well. Thanks, everyone! ☺️
