Cares little for the people it houses. They will only give you drugs and no care.
this place is actually god awful. i voluntarily went to knox county hospital to get sent to a facility which ended up being this one. I knew I needed some help. when I got there I sat in the lobby for what i could only imagine was about 2 to 3 hours with only 2 others waiting to get checked in. the front desk ladies were wonderful and seemed like they cared but I could tell they were incredibly understaffed. once I got taken back I had to wait about another hour till I was able to lay down and go to bed. the first couple day... read more
