I wanted to make an appointment for my upcoming travel. Tried to call a dozen times within a two weeks period but nobody picked up the phone. A voice message asked me to leave my contact details, so that they can call back. I cant leave my details as I cant receive phone calls during my working hours. Decided to go to the office in person as a last resort option during my working hours. A complete waste of time. I got absolutely nothing accomplished except for the xrays. But never told me what me what caused the extreme pain I'm going through? Never again I should've waited to see my Dr. 👎
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I was seen here. I had a good experience. Five months later received an $800 bill for a simple examination and some lab work. Come to find out, most insurances require a referral to be seen at the Walk-in Clinic, and my insurance rejected it. I would highly recommend going somewhere else for acute/urgent care. This is NOT AN URGENT CARE. YOU WILL NEED A REFERRAL TO BE SEEN HERE. They did not verbally disclose to me that there was a high probability that I would be paying out of pocket for this visit. Went in to get blood drawn. Admitting printed my labels. Walked in. Was told that they stopped drawing blood at 3pm. (Mon-sunday7:30am -3:00pm) then was rudely told that someone wouldn't do it anyways because it was close to 400 even though they're supposed to be open till 430. I pointed that fact out and she said "well I'm leaving". Ok then..... Guess I'll come back a different day and hope my medical info is ok until then.
