I would NOT recommend this practice to anyone looking for an OBGYN. The front desk staff are very disrespectful and it takes months to get an appointment. I went in for a yeast infection test and they charged me $1,600 because the test was done in the hospital lab. I politely asked to understand why this was and was told “that’s just how it is” and then when asking to be called back, I never received a call. Dr. Karen Poley is truly amazing! She cared for me throughout my pregnancy — and even before, when she helped me successfully get pregnant. Her knowledge, compassion, and kindness are beyond words. Her entire team is just as wonderful — Julia, Tammy, Allison, and Jena make you feel like family every step of the way. I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done for me. If you’re looking for exceptional, caring, and professional OBGYN care, this is the team to choose!
I really wanted to go out of my way to express how wonderful I’ve felt with the staff here! Tammy is hilarious and efficient, Julia has been helpful in answering questions outside of my appointments, and Dr. Moses is incredibly warm and knowledgeable about options to support my health concerns. There’s also a lab within the office.
