Perfection. Autonomy. Depth. From my excellent R.N. who made the perfect I.V. to the procedure R.N. to the anesthesiologist and proceduralist. They make this "scary" pre- upper endoscopy a spring breeze. I was blown away by the straight talking, factual, and precise anesthesiologist having me sign the paperwork as I was feeling giggly with the electrolyte I.V. shooting me with cool liquid. Stay clear. Had an upper endoscopy. I had so many complications after anesthesia. Dr Kher refused to see me and they refused to give me a follow up appointment on the whole procedure. I was told to follow up with Primary doctor. The staff made me very uncomfortable and did not answer all my questions.
Every member of the care team was incredibly patient and kind. They made the whole experience feel peaceful and helped me reduce my stress level.
My appointment was cancelled twice; the next opening is 6 months away. I think I'm giving up.
