Stay clear. Had an upper endoscopy. I had so many complications after anesthesia. Dr Kher refused to see me and they refused to give me a follow up appointment on the whole procedure. I was told to follow up with Primary doctor. The staff made me very uncomfortable and did not answer all my questions.
Every member of the care team was incredibly patient and kind. They made the whole experience feel peaceful and helped me reduce my stress level.
My appointment was cancelled twice; the next opening is 6 months away. I think I'm giving up.
Love my GI here. And when I went in for a colonoscopy the staff were great and made me very comfortable
Horrible patient care, no regard for patients' feelings and experiences. Specialists of course have less flexibility in their schedules, but there is a lack of communication that leaves the patient in the dark
