Better office staff - no return calls, no action, no information - horrible billing experience, horrible testing experience

Had to have my insurance company call to find out how much out-of-pocket expense I would be looking at. Mt Auburn would not give them codes for my appointment and basically had to drag out of them that I was looking at a range of $50 to $439 out of pocket. It was a New Patient visit versus a consult appt. I had to call back and ask further questions to determine it would be a consult AND new patient adding up to $489. I WOULD NOT SAVE ANYTHING!! So $489 for the "consult" and then an additional appointment for the actual proc... read more
As a doula, I found the midwife, nurses...everyone involved in my clients labor and delivery, to be outstanding. I look forward to supporting and encouraging clients to utilize this great facility!
MOUNT AUBURN HOSPITAL IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MY DAUGHTER'S DEATH...ON AUGUST 22 2019 ..STUPID USELESS DR. MARRIANE DELACH VALESKY GAVE VACCINE TO MY PREGNANT WIFE AND ON AUGUST 24 2019 OUR DAUGHTER PASSED AWAY ...AFTER 7 MONTHS HAVING HEALTHY BABY ....AND ON AUGUST 28 2019 USELESS STUPID MARGARET MARTELLO PATIENT RELATION DIRECTOR CALLED US AND BLAMED US FOR BABYS DEATH ...I DO HAVE PROOF AND ENOUGH EVIDENCE AND WITNESS VACCINE INFORMATION WAS MISSING ON MY WIFES SUMMERY RECORDS .. BE AWARE OF THIS HOSPITAL
