We loved Dr. Scott Andrews when he owned Mt. Angel Dental---this review pertains to the dentist who bought the business a year or two ago. I made routine appointments for myself and two of my kids about a month in advance, specifying no fluoride and no routine x-rays please. (I was OK with an x-ray if the dentist found something she was concerned about and for which she really needed a closer look at.) If I could give them lower than 1 star I would. Ever since Dr. Scott sold the office I have had nothing but terrible experiences. From walking in and receptionist not even acknowledging that I’m there for over 20 minutes because they’re busy catching up with an old friend, to receiving a large bill that they only gave me 1 week to pay, for a service done in May that I was told by the office staff would be covered %100 by my insurance.
