I am really happy with the service department. My transmission went out, which is always a stressful situation, but luckily I had an extended warranty. Nick was absolute gold- he advocated & pushed all the warranty paperwork through incredibly fast, and kept the process totally stress-free for me. Huge thanks to Nick and the skilled mechanics in the back who got my vehicle fixed up and back on the road
I was on a trip to South Carolina, my highlander had some issues and they I called them ,Nick was genuinely helpfull and the team was very accommodating they were able to squiz me in. I don't normally leave reviews at all, good or bad but i felt compelled to post this. In all fairness, they usually do good work when you can get in. That being said, the customer service is extremely lacking and there is No loyalty or help at all for customers that have purchased multiple vehicles from them and had them all serviced here over the years.
