I took my 21 Tacoma to have a transmission drain and fill. The dealership is very clean. My service advisor was pleasant and explained the process to me. This is only my 2nd time going to this dealer and first for a service. I'll have to try them a few more times before I can give a better detailed eval of the service dept. So far so good, so we shall see.....Oh and the pictured Tacoma is pretty nice but its missing one key element to making it an even nicer Tacoma. Ill let you decide but I know what I would do first......
