Terrible communication. Not someone that is interested in anymore than getting you in and getting you out.
I called in this morning to get information on the clinic and how to get my wife scheduled for a new patient appointment. The lovely gal who answered the phone was darling to talk to. She told me that she has to have a referral from her doctor and then she can be scheduled. Thankfully, the Dr is not scheduled out too far so she can get in. My first impression of the office was wonderful and my wife will hopefully soon be scheduled.
I made a mistake & arrived a day ahead of my scheduled fasting blood draw but Dr. Mounla's friendly gal at the desk said I could still be seen. I didn't want to muck up their schedule but Andrea in the lab was so very accommodating & took care of me. Both ladies could have said no, it won't work, & had me return the next day, which I would have accepted since it was my error. I appreciate them both very much.
