We will never take our puppies anywhere else. The vets and staff are very caring and knowledgeable. They are always willing to take time to answer questions and show compassion. Marnie does our grooming and is wonderful.

The Mounds View Animal Hospital is the only place I have ever taken my beloved cat for care. And my parents have taken the family pets here for nearly a decade. Whether seeking routine or emergency treatment or faced with a really difficult goodbye, the staff have always been kind, understanding, and professional. My cat was near death 2 years ago and they were able to save him. Moundsview Animal Hospital has treated both my dog and my cat as family from day one. The staff has taken the time to give pats and gentle words to the animals and clear education with the human while maintaining a welcoming, warm, and professional environment. It's enormously clear that the staff live and breath care and compassion for the non-verbal members of our families. Uninterrupted excellence over the three years I've been going. Five stars.
Everyone at MVAH have always taken such great care of my pets! They are all so caring and willing to go the extra mile with me and my animals!
My rating is due to the cost of this vet. We recently moved to the area and this vet seemed highly rated. For two dogs standard appointment with basic shots, it was over $600! This is triple of my previous vet. There wasn't any redeeming points to the place to offset this high charge, such as outstanding customer service. The service could be considered mediocre at best. Overall it was an extremely disappointing find and we will be making the hour trip to visit our old vet from now on .
we brought them a abandoned animal, they quickly turned us away and sent my mother to maple wood to a abandoned pet hospital. these guys do not CARE
