The most unprofessional, juvenile office I ever went to. I was in an exam room, waiting for the doctor, undressed, when a billing clerk barged in to "remind" me that I owed $5. The laugh at patients behind their backs. They are rude and ignorant .
Love my doctor's office polite receptionist and crew.
Dr. Heidari is a great physician!
I was in an auto accident and was running late, called and let them know so when I got there they said this was being considered a no show and told me to find another physician. Would not refill prescriptions until I found another Dr. Front desk staff is horrible
