My 88 year old mom had a stroke in 2021. We brought her to Moultrie Creek Nursing and Rehab, thinking she might have 3 or 4 months to live. Now, 4 years later, under the high quality care, therapies, attention, and love of all the staff here, she is still with us! Even though she's an invalid, the staff treat her with respect, love and kindness. Our mother was here for about a month for rehabilitation and we couldn’t be happier. The staff truly cared for her and helped meet all her needs. Therapy was very much on top of things and had her walking and stronger in a short time. Mark the social worker was fabulous and made sure that we had no concerns. Therapy facility is very clean and smells nice when walking in the front door. Our mother was treated with respect.

My name is Margaret Whildin I was a patient of Moultrie Creek Nursing & Rehab Center for 6 weeks I can tell y'all I had wonderful experience there .The staff was very kind and compassionate Physical Therapists ,Nurses, Doctor Patel ,Social Services ,and Kitchen Staff as well .I would definitely recommend them.If I ever need Rehabilitation again this is the place I would come back to & 100 % I recommend them to family friends and others .Thank you Moultrie Creek keep up the good work y'all

After 15 days at Moultrie Creek following surgery for a broken hip, my husband was able to make the 3 day drive home to Poughkeepsie NY in great shape. The care was excellent, the Physical Therapy aggressive and the people were caring and helpful. I especially want to thank Emily for going the second mile for us as we got ready to go home. My MILove just stayed here for over 6 weeks to do therapy after an extended hospital stay. The staff, nurses, and therapist were so kind to her and really worked hard to get her better and well enough to come home. Joe is an exceptional physical therapist and really went above and beyond. My MIL never had any complaints about her care here and really appreciated everything Travis and Glen did for her during her stay.
