My mother Gaybe Delores Rogers was recently admitted for rehabilitation for about two weeks. Her experience there was among the best! She and my family would like to thank each and everyone of the staff for their compassion, professionalism, and kindness. Dorthy, Julia were absolutely the best! I’m honestly surprised this place is still operational the amount of negligence and incompetence amongst staff… The attitude and disrespect amongst staff from one another, to resident, to any guest visiting. The experience we’ve had in the past 2 weeks from the cliques they formed. Mary Hunter and her little group there is pure chaos we dang near want to stay 24 hrs I honestly wish they could put cameras in the rooms it’s getting better since she’s only they’re during the day but the night staff is phenomenal! I recently visited Moultrie and was genuinely impressed by the care and environment. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive, taking time to explain routines and answer questions.

My 88 year old mom had a stroke in 2021. We brought her to Moultrie Creek Nursing and Rehab, thinking she might have 3 or 4 months to live. Now, 4 years later, under the high quality care, therapies, attention, and love of all the staff here, she is still with us! Even though she's an invalid, the staff treat her with respect, love and kindness. Our mother was here for about a month for rehabilitation and we couldn’t be happier. The staff truly cared for her and helped meet all her needs. Therapy was very much on top of things and had her walking and stronger in a short time. Mark the social worker was fabulous and made sure that we had no concerns. Therapy facility is very clean and smells nice when walking in the front door. Our mother was treated with respect.
