My mother fell and fractured her right femur. After spending four days at Flagler Hospital she was transferred to Moultrie Creek for further care. Everyone from the Admissions Director to the nurses were very caring. Her comfort was their priority. She had excellent physical therapy and my husband and I were constantly updated on her progress. She has since been released back to her Assisted Care Living Center. We are very appreciative of the care she received. Deb and Tom Stassi
