Wes helped us negotiate a real estate transaction as buyers. His strategy for our offer less a 2.5% buyer's commission was to present as how much extra the seller's would be rebated. It worked! We went in contract (in a zip code where most homes were closing 5% over ask) under ask. He was available and provided helpful insight and guidance throughout the process.
