Modern day extortion, we've been a customer for 15-years, because of recent travel I was late in making a payment. Historically we are never late, we've been a solid customer. They shut off our water for a balance of $211. We have NO records of warning, calls, etc. They spent the money to send someone to our house to shut the water off with no notice on the door or letter of warning. Today Moulton Niguel Water shut off water to my whole apartment complex and neighboring complex with not more than 12 hour notice. My landlord was not able to properly notify its hundreds of tenants. My front office notified me that this was for repair/replacement of main water lines, which is obviously maintenance that has to be carefully reviewed and planned in advance. Best team I have ever had the privilege of working with.
My family has been served for decades by MNW through the years. We have dealt with all facets of the District's departments, from customer service to technical/maintenance, educational and community involvement programs. We cannot say enough about this agency, always more than satisfied with all the work and helping hand attitude of all folks there providing much more than water to our homes and families, Yolanda and Michael Rosandich, Mission Viejo, CA.
We moved out of state over 2 years ago. I have called and e-mailed multiple times to unsubscribe from e-mails from MNWD, to no avail. The customer service representatives can't find our record of past service, therefore can't take us off the list???!!! �
