We have been a customer for the last 7 years. It’s always easy to reach a customer service and they give great recommendations. Few years ago I needed to empty my pool for repair, when I called they said I could empty it and refill it for no charges. I also had a leak that I fixed but ended up with a big bill this month, so one of the customer service ( Greg ) reach out to me and helped me submitting a request. I appreciate having a nice caring water company.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! Make sure you get everything IN WRITING. They will lie and steal your money. They know they are a monopoly and can get away with whatever they want.
Moulton Niguel Water District, Thank you for mailing out the toilet leak test strips. We tested two of our toilets, one is leaking. Contacted Moulton Niguel Water to request another test strip for our remaining toilet. They are sending another out to us.
Moulton Niguel Water sent the toilet leak test strips and they work great. No leaks. If you have more than two toilets then just cut the strips in half.
