Best French in the OC period! Superb food and service. I've eaten at Moulin now about 30 times in the last few months. Never had a bad meal. In fact, their ingredients and preparation are super fresh and delicious. A few of my fav meals: Croque Monsieur, Onion Soup....feel like I was sitting in a Paris cafe and enjoying it...yes it's that delicious..spot on!, Nicoise salad with fresh tuna...not canned, Crepes: Nutella and Lemon Citron, Rotisserie chicken...yummy to name a few.
