The service and knowledge by Moulding Specialties is below standard. They were not able to provide accurate costs for a product. After agreeing to the cost and paying in advance, the organization then wanted additional money.....supposedly an error on their part, who knows. The organization chose not to produce the product and I was left without a refund for over 60 days. Products they have made in the past were very good.
