Brian is amazing and great to work with. Had a great experience with Reko too. As a Stager, Designer and Real Estate Flipper; the details are just as important as the customer service. Here you will get both. Communication has never been an issue, as a matter of fact, Brian responded to me on a SUNDAY and the next morning I was able to get my beautiful double door for the laundry room. Now let's talk trim, the wood and doors are smoother than a baby's butt! Nuff said 😂 don't delay, call them!
Moulding & Millwork and Supply is a phenomenal immersive design shop for customer experience, selection, quality, and price. We went in on a Friday to the Showroom right as they were closing, and Anna allowed us to stay an extra hour longer while she was finalizing paperwork. Anna expertly answered our questions on customization, lead times, and design combinations for baseboards, casings, and crown molding. Anna even offered a venison treat to our dog too. Just left, and I can honestly say I was on guard walking through the door. Well the salesman was very helpful from start to finish. My fiancée is one to ask a lot of question...but everyone of his questions were answered. We will be doing alot of business here. PLEASE DONT LET BAD REVIEWS DETOUR YOU. As an Interior Designer in the New Orleans area, Moulding and Millwork Supply is my go-to for creating the greatest projects. Their selection and pricing is the best in the city and Brian is an Allstar at customer service. They carry solid wood, but an even better selection of PVC products that will remain durable, lightweight and provide the intricate designs you need to create or match in these older homes. I highly recommend this shop for your next project, as it will be the only place you need.
