Don't bother...Dogs and Cats get treated better at the Vet than you will at this dump. Never mind about the unprofessional way they pick up the phone but an emergency necessitated call to his office. A previous encounter, and I simply got pawned off to another dentist. They do nothing here.

I am an insurance agent and the way this dentist just talked to my client upset me badly. He was so rude and nasty. People like him need to understand that people can go somewhere else.

This is my second appointment and I’ve had such a great experience. Previously I’ve been going to the same dentist for about 15 years and I decided to switch because the new staff at the front desk was screwing everything up with billing and I’ve since tried 2 other dentists and though they were nice I didn’t feel they did a good job. Whoever works at the front desk needs to be fired immediately! I was assigned to this doctor by my provider and called to make an appointment. She told me the earliest availability they have on April which I said okay there is nothing to do. I’ll wait and see the doctor but what she did instead of telling me what date and time I can go? She hung up on me! I am on the phone now with the provider to change my assigned doctor! Thank you!
