This is one of those dentists no one would choose if they had better insurance. Waited 3 months just for an x-ray and then had to wait another 3 months for a cleaning. Said I needed a cavity filled, but I got a second opinion and it wasn’t needed. Rude receptionist.

Disappointed with Mouhannad Almajdalani, D.D.S. They allowed me to book a full appointment without checking if they accept my dental insurance. Verifying coverage should be step one. Unprofessional oversight that wastes patients' time.

UPDATE: 3 star to 1 star review. I received a letter saying I was terminated from treatment. This place is such a joke. The patient’s best interest is not even a thought for the owners of this dentist office. Other reviewers were not wrong about the front desk associate. He was not helpful or friendly. He was noticeably nicer and more patient with male patients. They do not tell you to bring any documents or have information ready prior to the appointment. Other reviewers were not wrong about the front desk associate. He was not helpful or friendly. He was noticeably nicer and more patient with male patients. They do not tell you to bring any documents or have information ready prior to the appointment. I made the appointment so long ago that if they did mention it then, I have forgotten. It took me about 15 minutes to pull up my information on my phone and fill out the form. I waited another 30 minutes before being told I would be helped shortly.
